We are young, non-smoking active retirees (a former teacher and electrician with our own companies) aged 57 and 58. As avid and very experienced campers, in the past we have had many tent holidays, travelled Australia for a year in 2003 with our young children in a 4WD and camper trailer and now enjoy the ease and luxury of retired life and our new camper.
We are looking to travel overseas to Spain, Portugal and Europe around the end of March 2023 for 5-6 months We realise that this may involve several swaps.
I think you will find us to be friendly, easy going, open minded and happy to assist you with questions and practical help such as picking you up from the airport and handing over with instruction, so that you feel comfortable to enjoy your adventure.

This camper is a new 2021 RENAULT MASTER , meticulously cared for and packed with all the bells and whistles you need to tour comfortably in Australian conditions.
The van itself has all the modern safety features, 2.3L turbocharged diesel 6 speed auto, power steering, Media-Nav /Apple CarPlay, Bluetooth, drives easily with good milage and fits in any parking spot. The mattress has been replaced with memory foam for comfort - note WE SLEEP ACROSS THE VAN, so it would not suit tall people- we are 5'7". Accessories include a small fridge/freezer, 240v microwave, 2 burner gas stove, exhaust fan, 240v reverse cycle air-conditioner, fan, smart tv, 3 x USB plugs, drinking water filtered tap, hot/cold water tap over sink, inside hot water shower, cassette toilet, outside shower/ lights/ PowerPoint, electric slide-out step and light, wind out awning, reading lights, dimmable interior lights, unique rack for surf skis and surfboards, bike rack with 2 bikes, magnetic fly-screens, 12 volt lighting, roof mounted solar panel, aux battery with auto charging, marine hot water tank, large under-bed storage accessible from back doors, and storage throughout. I've probably forgotten something but you get the gist......this van is awesome!
